For the mystic woman building real-world impact.
This Is For You
The Business Owner. The Priestess. The CEO. The Goddess. The Oracle. The Visionary.
Many labels. You've worn all of them. And outgrown every single one.
Not because they were wrong.
Because you've realised: YOU are not the label. YOU are the dancing force beyond these labels.
Welcome.
You have long since arrived in the post-awakened stage.
You had the awakenings. The sacred ceremonies. The mystical experiences. The trainings and certifications. The great unravelling. I call this Awakening: Stage 1.
And then you actually did the work.
You left that relationship. Changed that flat (or even country). Quit that job. Built that business. Faced your shadows. Learned about your nervous system. Integrated what had been revealed to you. Congratulations, many people stay stuck here. This was Embodiment: Stage 2.
But what becomes truly interesting is what happens next. Stage 3: Conscious Creation.
There comes a point where you don't need to call yourself spiritual anymore. You've discovered that some of the most divine moments are found in the mundane. In sipping your daily matcha, which became its own little ritual without a guru having to introduce or confirm it to you.
You learned to see the divine in everything. Including yourself. (In your sacred rage more than in your white dress).
You began to see that nothing is outside of consciousness. Including you. Including your business. Including the world you are creating.
You're not drowning in the revelations of Stage 1 or getting lost in your shadows at Stage 2. Your inner and outer world have become coherent enough that there is no major thing you are desperately looking for.
You don't NEED another training. Another method. Another certification. Another mystical experience.
BUT just sipping your Matcha is not what you are here for.
You have something to bring into the world that only you could see. A vision that requires all of you: the depth and the ambition, the mystic and the strategist.
You are here to create. To build. Impact. Change the world. Not with force.
Through consciousness becoming form.
You've started to notice: you can execute alone. You can even succeed alone. But yes, you are pretty ALONE.
So somewhere along the way, you've started looking around.
And you ask yourself: Where are the others?
There's the business world. A space where people appreciate your ambition and admire what you've built. You can talk about revenue goals and growth. But the moment you speak of consciousness, energy, the unseen: you sense the room shift.
And then there's the spiritual world. People who cherish your depth and sensitivity. Who talk about love and light and abundance every day, while having issues paying their rent. (Bless them.) And then there is you, planning to make millions with your business.
You love both spaces for what they are.
But in the end, it always feels like there is a side of you that would be better left at home.
Too mystical for one room. Too ambitious for the other.
And yet there are very few rooms where all of who you are belongs.
Rooms where spirituality and ambition coexist. Where consciousness and business speak the same language.
The Space
What if a space existed that could hold your whole self?
A space where you didn't have to choose because nothing was ever separate in the first place?
A space beyond healing. Beyond spirituality as love and light practice.
A space where conscious business is not a nice label but an actual practice.
A space for women who understand that the way we create, lead, build and relate through this world is inseparable from consciousness itself.
Have you ever wondered what becomes possible when women carrying that depth of consciousness, and real responsibility in the world, come together?
I did.
And along the way I realised:
No room can ever hold you.
Because you don't belong to another room.
You belong to a TEMPLE.
Welcome home.
I See You
I carry many titles. Entrepreneur. Coach. Trainer. Mystic. Initiator. Temple Keeper.
Everything I just wrote about you, these are the things I feel deeply in my soul. Being torn between worlds has been my daily bread since birth. Korean mother. Egyptian father. Raised in Austria. Who am I? Where do I belong? Only to discover, maybe I don't have to choose. The world is my playground.
I spent my youth going on pilgrimages to Medjugorje. My young adulthood climbing the corporate career ladder. Spirituality and business.
The sacred and the material.
The unseen and the measurable.
For years, I experienced them as different worlds.
And somewhere along the way, the separation started disappearing.
I realized:
My business became my spiritual practice.
The way I create. The way I lead. The way I navigate visibility, money, power and uncertainty. The way an idea moves from something only I can see into something that exists in the world.
All of it. Spiritual practice.
Because consciousness doesn't stop when the meditation ends. It continues into the relationship. The email. The sales conversation. The launch. The bank account. The conflict. The decision. The creation. Nothing is outside of it.
I can speak of divine co-creation and revenue goals in the same breath. It almost feels like its own language.
Do you speak it too?
I spent 10 years in corporate Marketing & Sales, climbing the ladder, leading sales teams and holding responsibility for €10M+ in revenue generation.
Since leaving corporate in 2021, I’ve accompanied 1,200+ humans through awakening and integration. I trained & initiated 180 coaches and awakening spaceholders to guide others through transformation.
Across 150+ workshops and awakening sessions, international retreats and 2,000+ coaching hours, my work has moved from intimate 1:1 spaces to rooms of dozens.
Three businesses I co-created and lead today.
A multiple 6-figure coaching school training Women Empowerment Coaches to help women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies through somatic coaching and women’s health.
An advanced training for coaches ready to work with the whole human, across the somatic, energetic and systemic layers.
An ancient dance ritual rooted in Korean mystic teachings, reimagined as a modern rave and brought to communities worldwide.
Everything I have ever created started with 1. a simple idea and 2. a need I saw in the world that wasn't being met.
Business to me has never only been: how do I get rich? It has always included: What does the world need? What wants to be created through me? How can this business be in service to making this world a better place?
None of these began with a business plan. They began as something I could sense before I could fully explain it. An idea. A need. A possibility. Something wanting to exist that didn't yet have a form.
And then came the work of listening closely enough to recognize it, and becoming capable enough to build it.
My work is devoted to one thing: truth.
I do not teach women how to escape reality. I create spaces where women remember how to fully inhabit it.
The Work
One day my business mentor asked me:
Who are you?
I said: I don't know. Everything I say feels limiting.
She said: What about Mona?
I said: Good point. But even that feels limiting. :D
The answer wasn't to find an identity big enough to contain everything I am. The answer was realizing I didn't need to identify with any single expression of myself.
I could dance between them.
Not separate selves requiring integration. Different expressions of one life.
This became my body of work. I call it: The Art of Dimensionality.
The movement beyond fragmentation. Beyond pressing yourself into one identity, one worldview, one way of being. Toward the ability to move between dimensions of experience without losing contact with the whole.
Everything. In one body.
One coherent force.
And even these three are not truly separate.
Your consciousness shapes how you inhabit your body. Your body shapes what you have the capacity to hold. What you can hold shapes what you can create. What you create changes the world around you. And the world changes you again.
It is a spiral. Not a hierarchy. Not a one-way street.
Body × Business × Consciousness
SONA LUMINA is a temple for initiation into the mysteries of creation. Business is one of the places where those mysteries take form.
What Happens
This is not a technique layered on top of who you are. It is direct experience of dimensions you already have access to.
Becoming the Bridge
What I teach inside my initiations and trainings, I call Dimension Work.
It has taken me 5 years of intense practice before finding the words for it. All these years I tried to put this work into an existing box: energy work, soul awakening, multidimensional spaceholding. Finding the words for something that does not want to be described but LIVED has been a real journey!
My main learning (again): I'm not here to fit into boxes. I'm here to move beyond them. And sometimes this requires new language. So here it is: Dimension Work.
Dimension Work is the practice of entering deeper dimensions of consciousness through a sober body. We practice entering altered states of consciousness without the use of substances. The body itself becomes the gateway.
Some experiences are subtle. Others are profound, taking us beyond our familiar perceptions of ourselves and reality.
One thing is for sure: it is about direct experience. Here, the body is not something we need to transcend. It is how we enter.
It is ancient. And at the same time, a very new way of working. It has always existed, arriving now in a form that belongs to our contemporary world.
This way of working was profoundly shaped by my most significant teacher, Ivan Rohe. Through my work with him, I learned to access other dimensions and, through them, reconnect with the dimension of ancestral wisdom. The wisdom of my Korean and Egyptian lineage lives there. It is what is most present in every space I hold.
Dimension Work moves through two mechanisms:
Through entering these deeper layers of consciousness your body reconnects directly to the field. The field carries the information of your original geometric pattern, the blueprint of the frequency you came here to carry. Your whole system recalibrates. Distortion dissolves. Coherence returns.
Not to become something new. To become more coherent with what is already there.
As unnecessary tension, fragmentation and distortion soften, the system becomes available to more life. More sensation. More truth. More energy. More creation. In simple words: it's a coming home.
As the body becomes capable of holding more, perception expands. You begin to experience yourself beyond the boundaries of the identity you have learned to call me.
Not as an escape from individuality. As an expansion of it. You are still you. And you are participating in something much larger than you.
The work becomes learning to move between those perspectives. Individual and field. Form and formlessness. Self and whole. Seen and unseen.
And then bringing what you encounter there back into life. Into your relationships. Your leadership. Your decisions. Your business. Your creations.
Because expansion without embodiment becomes escape. And embodiment without expansion eventually becomes repetition. One moves into the other. Again and again. A spiral.
Recalibrate one, expand the other. Watch everything shift.
The result: Increased Capacity. Embodied Impact.
Ultimately, the purpose is not the experience itself.
It is about expanding our capacity to hold more. More energy. More complexity. More responsibility. More of life itself.
Because the more we can hold within ourselves, the more we can bring into the world.
This is where consciousness becomes something we don't just experience, but live, create and lead from.
Every space I open is both initiation and training, at once. It is for you first. And it leaves you capable of holding spaces for Dimension Work yourself.
Sona Lumina Is Not
SONA LUMINA is not where you come for a 90-day business strategy, another breathing tool, or to escape into your white goddess dress. (Although you are very much welcome to wear it if you wanted to :D)
SONA LUMINA IS ANCIENT.
Women have always built temples.
Not to escape the world. But to return to themselves, so they could go back and change it.
The temple has always been the space where the mystic and the leader are not two different women. Where the women who carry more than the world can currently hold, find each other.
To go together into the unknown, the unnamed, the mystic, and see what wants to be co-created from there.
Because the woman who holds a lot needs a home that holds her.
Unity does not erase individuality. It makes room for it.
We are not inventing something new. We are remembering something ancient, while allowing it to take a form that belongs to this time.
The Temple is not a program you complete. It is a place you return to, as many times as your evolution calls you back. Because by now you understood: evolution is not a straight line. It moves in spirals.
Something is beginning in 2027.
An intimate gathering. An initiation. A training. An online deep dive. The form is yet to be revealed.
But I know what it is about. The Art of Dimensionality.
A deeper exploration of what it means to be everything. In one body.
To live, create, lead and contribute without reducing ourselves to one identity, one path, one way of being.
For the Mystic Woman on a Mission.
The woman who moves between worlds.
Who leads, creates and builds in the material world, while exploring the mysteries of consciousness.
Who is done choosing between her ambition and her spirituality.
This is your space. This is your temple.
We don't need to know the destination yet. But we know it is calling us.
The journey begins now.
Through my personal Temple Letters, I will share what comes through from the unseen dimensions. Reflections, revelations and teachings on the Art of Dimensionality.
A space to deepen, discover and prepare together for whatever is taking form in 2027.
If you feel the calling, enter the Temple.
By entering the Temple, you'll receive my personal Temple Letters and be among the first to discover what is taking form in 2027.
This is where our journey begins.
